What it replaces

This 45 W AC adapter is a direct replacement charger for a wide range of ASUS ZenBook, Vivobook, Chromebook and Flip models. It ships new with both the adapter brick and the AC power cable included.

Connector and output

The barrel plug measures 4.0 by 1.35 mm and delivers 19 V at 2.37 A for 45 W total, while also supporting 33 W devices. Input accepts 100 to 240 V at 50 to 60 Hz with a 1.3 A draw.

Build considerations

No internal battery is present, so the unit only powers the laptop while plugged into mains voltage. Buyers needing a portable power bank or a higher-wattage supply for larger notebooks should look elsewhere.
