Mains Voltage And Connector Check

Verify that your wall outlet supplies between 100 and 240VAC at 50 or 60Hz, which covers most international grids. Confirm the barrel connector matches the socket on your specific HP model before connecting. The adapter includes over-voltage, short-circuit and over-current protection circuits.

The bundled mains cord lets you plug the adapter directly into a wall socket without sourcing a separate lead. This completes the charging kit so the laptop can be powered immediately on arrival. The three-year service warranty covers the adapter unit itself.
