Enclosed 75 W switching supply delivering 15 V at 5 A with universal 85-264 VAC input, 300 VAC surge tolerance, sub-0.3 W no-load draw and 70 °C operating limit
The myVolts LRS-75-15 is a single-output enclosed switching power supply delivering 15 V at 5 A for 75 W total. It suits industrial automation, control cabinets, 3D printers and household appliances that require a compact 1U low-profile unit. Universal AC input from 85 to 264 VAC allows worldwide operation without manual switching. The unit carries safety approvals including TUV EN62368-1, UL62368-1 and GB4943 for regulated environments.
Cooling relies on free air convection, so the supply runs silently with no fan noise in normal use. It operates up to 70 °C and at altitudes up to 5000 metres while maintaining full load capability. No-load power consumption stays below .3 W, and the design withstands 300 VAC surge input for 5 seconds. Built-in protections cover short circuit, overload and over voltage, and a 5 G vibration rating adds mechanical ruggedness.
A green LED signals power-on status for quick visual verification in a cabinet. The supply complies with IEC/EN60335-1 PD3 and IEC/EN61558-1, -2-16 for household appliance safety, and meets over voltage category III requirements. Every unit undergoes 100 % full-load burn-in test before shipment, and the manufacturer backs the series with a three-year warranty. No additional cables or software are bundled.

Mount the enclosed supply on a flat metal surface using the chassis screw holes; keep ventilation gaps above and below so free-air convection can dissipate heat up to the 70 °C operating limit.
No moving parts to service; periodically vacuum dust from the vent slots and verify the power-on LED stays lit to confirm the supply remains healthy.
The unit delivers full 75 W up to 70 °C ambient; above that temperature the output must be reduced to stay within thermal limits.
