Office file folder

This pack contains 25 pressboard folders sized for letter documents at 8.5 x 11 inches. Each folder offers 1 inch of expansion and two prong fasteners with 2 inch capacity. The gray and green construction suits everyday filing in offices or home workspaces. A single box delivers the full 25 count for immediate use.

Suited for high volume paper filing

Teams that process large batches of letter size paperwork will appreciate the 25 pack quantity and durable pressboard. Buyers who need legal size folders or a different tab cut should look at other options. The two fastener design also limits use for binders that require three or more fasteners.

1 inch expansion capacity

The single inch of expansion determines how much paper the folder can hold before it bulges. If your typical file thickness exceeds this limit you will need a folder with greater expansion. The two prong fasteners secure sheets in place but do not increase the expansion allowance.

Questions about this item

Do these folders fit standard letter-size paper without trimming?

Yes, each folder is sized for 8.5 x 11 inch letter sheets so standard documents slide in directly.

Will the 2-inch fastener capacity hold a thick project file alongside older folders?

The two-prong fasteners accept up to 2 inches of material, so a bulky project file fits while older folders sit beside it on the shelf.

How can I confirm the 1-inch expansion is working after I load the folder?

When the gusset opens to its full depth the folder stands about 1 inch thick, showing the expansion is engaged.
