12U 4-Post Open Frame Rack

This 12U open frame rack provides a professional mounting platform for standard 19-inch network and server equipment. It is designed for IT environments that need accessible, adjustable-depth infrastructure.

Adjustable depth and floor mounting

The frame depth adjusts from 22 to 40 inches in one-inch increments to accommodate varying equipment lengths. Included casters allow the assembled unit to be positioned on the floor and moved when required.

12U capacity with 19-inch compatibility

Twelve rack units of vertical space support patch panels, switches and shallow servers within the 19-inch mounting standard. Deeper chassis that exceed the maximum 40-inch depth will not fit this frame.

Questions about this item

How deep can the rack be set when fully loaded?

The depth adjusts from 22 to 40 inches in 1-inch increments so you can match the deepest device in the row.

Does the steel frame transmit vibration or heat when equipment runs continuously?

SPCC cold-rolled steel with powder coating dissipates heat passively and adds mass that dampens vibration from mounted gear.

Will my existing 19-inch patch panels and switches bolt straight in?

Yes, the rack follows the standard 19-inch mounting pattern so any compliant panel, switch or server slides in and secures with cage nuts.
