What it is and who it serves

This 1U vented shelf mounts in any EIA‑310 19 inch rack and holds up to 242 lbs of non‑rackmount gear such as routers, modems or tower computers. It targets schools, businesses, IT shops and home users who need to organise equipment without wasting rack space.

Check before ordering

Verify that your cabinet is a four‑post design with an EIA‑310 compliant 19 inch mounting pattern and that the rail depth can be set between 16 and 37 inches. Ensure the 1U height allowance is available and that the 16.2 by 25.5 inch surface fits the devices you plan to place on it.

How it fits a build

The shelf bolts to the front and rear rails using the included M6 cage nuts, screws and washers, leaving the centre of the rack open for airflow through the slotted vents. It adds 8.47 lbs to the rack load while freeing floor or desk space for the supported equipment.
