This NavePoint shelf occupies two rack units and mounts to the front rails of any standard 19-inch enclosure. It is built from cold-rolled steel with a black electro-static powder coat and arrives fully assembled. The 14-inch depth suits compact servers, switches or patch panels in space-constrained cabinets.

55-pound load limit and airflow design

Slotted venting runs the length of the tray to let heat escape from equipment sitting on the surface. The 55-pound weight capacity sets the practical ceiling for any device placed here; heavier appliances must use a four-post or reinforced shelf instead. A front lip helps prevent gear from sliding forward during rack movement.

Front-mount installation with included cage nuts

Four M6 cage-nut sets are supplied so the shelf bolts directly to threaded or square-hole rails without extra hardware. The cantilever design means rear rails are not required, but the shelf can sag if the load approaches the rated limit or if the front rails flex. Align the mounting holes carefully before tightening to avoid cross-threading the cage nuts.
