NavePoint CAT5e Plenum 1000 Ft Grey 24AWG UTP network ethernet cable

Indoor plenum-rated bulk cable

The NavePoint CAT5e UTP bulk Ethernet cable is a plenum-rated (CMP) Category 5e cable intended for indoor runs in air-handling spaces. It uses 24AWG solid bare copper conductors in four unshielded twisted pairs to serve offices, schools or commercial buildings where fire-retardant jackets are required by code.

100 MHz bandwidth with 400 MHz headroom

The cable meets TIA Category 5e standards at 100 MHz and is tested to 400 MHz, giving headroom for Gigabit Ethernet and Power-over-Ethernet loads. At 1000 Ft the single pull-box length covers most floor-to-floor runs, while the one-foot markings let installers cut exact lengths without waste.

Fire-retardant jacket and low-smoke design

The plenum-grade jacket resists flame spread and limits smoke production, satisfying stringent building-safety tests for ducts and drop ceilings. Solid copper conductors run cooler than copper-clad alternatives under PoE current, keeping temperature rise modest during continuous operation.
