NavePoint CAT6 UTP CCA Ethernet cable 10-pack 250 ft White

10-pack 250 ft CCA UTP cable

This NavePoint Category 6 bulk cable contains ten white 250 ft reels of copper-clad-aluminium unshielded twisted pair. It is sold new for on-site termination in residential or small-office network drops. The supplier notes that testing for the intended application should be completed before installation is finalised.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

The cable suits installers who need long UTP runs for data devices such as computers, VoIP phones, IP cameras, printers, consoles and switches. It is not suited for applications that require solid copper conductors, shielded construction, or outdoor and direct-burial ratings. Buyers needing plenum or riser fire ratings should choose a different product.

Critical specification: CCA conductor material

The defining specification is the copper-clad-aluminium conductor, which differs from solid copper in resistance and mechanical strength. This characteristic determines whether the cable meets the voltage-drop and durability requirements of a given installation. Verify that CCA is acceptable for the planned network topology before purchase.
