Solid bare copper Cat6a riser cable rated to 500 MHz, supplied on a 1000 ft spool with footage markings for custom indoor runs
This NavePoint CAT6A bulk Ethernet cable uses solid 23 AWG bare copper conductors in four unshielded twisted pairs. The 1000-foot spool is jacketed in a black CMR-rated riser material for indoor vertical runs. It is rated to 500 MHz bandwidth and comes marked at every foot for custom-length cuts.
The cable suits installers who need a riser-rated jacket for in-wall or between-floor runs and who prefer solid bare copper over copper-clad aluminium. It is not suited for patch-cord applications that require stranded conductors or for outdoor and direct-burial use where a CMX or gel-filled jacket is required.
The 500 MHz bandwidth rating is the single specification that determines whether this cable meets the performance needs of a given installation. If the network design calls for CAT6A-class headroom at 500 MHz, this spool satisfies that requirement; if a lower category is sufficient, a CAT5e or CAT6 reel may be more appropriate.

The 23AWG solid bare copper conductors provide better conductivity than copper-clad aluminum and are designed for permanent in-wall runs.
The 500 MHz bandwidth supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet up to 100 metres, giving you headroom for high-bandwidth applications like IP cameras and PoE devices.
The CMR rating means the jacket passes vertical flame tests, so you can run it between floors in non-plenum spaces such as riser shafts and wall cavities.
