NavePoint CAT6A Riser CMR Cable

The NavePoint CAT6A riser-rated cable delivers 500 MHz bandwidth over 1000 ft of solid bare copper conductors. It meets Category 6 performance requirements and uses a fire-retardant CMR jacket for indoor vertical runs. The red UTP construction suits gigabit networks in offices and homes.

Installers needing plenum-rated or shielded cable

This cable is not for installers who require CMP plenum rating for air-handling spaces. It also does not suit projects that demand F/UTP or S/FTP shielding against heavy electromagnetic interference. Buyers needing outdoor or direct-burial jacket ratings should look elsewhere.

Verify riser rating and conductor type before

Confirm that your local code accepts CMR riser rating for the intended vertical pathways. Ensure solid 23 AWG conductors are compatible with the punch-down tools and keystone jacks you plan to use. Check that the 1000 ft spool length matches the total run distance required.
