Product identity

NavePoint CAT6A S/FTP patch cable uses 26 AWG stranded copper conductors and a PVC jacket with strain-relief boots. Each cord is 10 ft long and the pack contains five black cables. The S/FTP shielding and snagless plugs reduce crosstalk and support reliable gigabit and 10 Gbps links.

Who it suits

Home users and small-business installers who need short, pre-terminated runs for routers, switches, servers, printers, VoIP phones, NAS units, game consoles or smart TVs will find the length and quantity convenient. Buyers who require longer individual runs, bulk reel cable for custom termination, or outdoor-rated jackets should look at other options.

Deciding specification

Rated for CAT6A performance up to 10 Gbps transmission speed, the cable meets the bandwidth needs of Wi-Fi 6 access points and high-power PoE devices such as surveillance cameras. If your infrastructure only requires 1 Gbps or lower, a CAT5e or CAT6 cable would also function.
