42-inch 2.1 soundbar with 50W RMS

The Naxa NHS-7008 is a 42-inch wireless soundbar delivering 50W RMS total output through a 2.1 configuration with built-in subwoofer. It supports Bluetooth with NFC one-touch pairing, FM radio and direct MP3 playback from USB drives or SD, SDHC and MMC cards. Inputs include optical digital audio, RCA stereo and a 3.5mm AUX jack. A remote control, AC power adapter, cables and a wall-mount kit are included.

Who this suits

Buyers wanting a compact, all-in-one sound upgrade for a television or music player will appreciate the wireless streaming, multiple wired inputs and included mounting hardware. It suits listeners who value simple NFC pairing and local file playback without a separate subwoofer box. Builders who need HDMI connectivity, multi-room audio or a detachable wireless subwoofer should look at other models.

Deciding specification

The single specification that decides fit is the 2.1 channel layout with integrated subwoofer producing 50W RMS total power. If your setup requires that output level and channel configuration in a 42-inch bar, this unit matches; if you need more channels or higher rated power, it does not.

Questions about this item

Will the 42-inch soundbar fit on my wall with the included mount kit?

How do I pair my phone using NFC, and what step do people miss?

Touch the back of your NFC-enabled phone to the marked spot on the soundbar; the step often missed is ensuring Bluetooth is already turned on in the phone settings.

The built-in active subwoofer and full-range drivers have no user-serviceable parts; only the remote-control batteries will need periodic replacement.
