Genuine NP201 replacement lamp

The NEC NP201 is a 180W replacement projector lamp module supplied new with a pre-assembled NSH bulb and housing. It matches the original manufacturer specifications for compatible NEC projectors. The module arrives ready for tool-free installation without alignment adjustments. Rated lamp life is 3500 hours under standard operating conditions.

For NEC projector owners needing a direct swap

This unit suits users who want a factory-equivalent 180W lamp that fits the existing housing without modification. It is not for buyers who need a bare bulb only or a higher-wattage alternative for increased brightness. The fixed 3500-hour rating also means it does not serve installations requiring extended-life or eco-mode ratings beyond the stated figure.

180W NSH lamp with 3500-hour rating

The decisive specification is the 180W NSH lamp rated for 3500 hours, which determines both brightness output and replacement interval. Confirm that your NEC projector lists the NP201 or NP10LP as the correct lamp code before ordering. No other wattage or life variant is offered in this module.

Questions about this item

How much power does the 180W NSH bulb draw and what heat should I expect during all-day use?

The lamp runs at 180 watts, so the projector will emit heat consistent with that power level; ensure the unit's ventilation is clear for continuous operation.

Does the NP201 module arrive fully assembled so I can install it without extra parts?

Yes, the lamp ships as a complete bulb-and-housing assembly ready for direct installation in compatible NEC projectors.

Will this 3500-hour lamp work in the same NEC models that originally used the NP10LP part?

The NP201 is built to the NP10LP specification, so it fits the same NEC projectors that originally shipped with that lamp module.
