Business projector for meeting rooms

The NEC P401W is a 3LCD projector built for business presentations in meeting rooms and classrooms. It delivers 4000 ANSI lumens brightness at a native WXGA resolution of 1280 x 800. The unit includes built-in 16.0 watt mono speakers and supports ceiling, rear and table-top mounting options.

Limits of the 3LCD standard throw lens

The fixed 1.7x manual zoom lens provides a throw ratio range of 1.36 : 1 to 2.26 : 1. This requires a projection distance between 3.8 and 28.7 feet to achieve image sizes from 25.00 to 300.00 inches. The contrast ratio is rated at 4000:1 and audible noise reaches 36 dB in normal mode or 30 dB in Eco mode.

Check your installation before ordering

Verify that your room depth accommodates the required throw distance for your desired screen size. Confirm the available input sources match the HDMI, VGA, composite, S-Video or network connections provided. Ensure the 325 watt power draw is compatible with your local 100V to 240V supply and that the 9.0 lb weight suits your mounting hardware.
