Genuine NEC NP62 lamp module

This replacement module fits NEC projectors that accept the NP62 part. It arrives as a complete 200W UHP bulb inside its housing, so the lamp can be swapped without handling a bare burner. The unit is supplied new and ready for immediate installation.

Pre-assembled housing saves fitting time

Because the bulb is already seated in the carrier, there is no need to align a separate lamp or reuse an old cage. The module is built to ISO 9001 quality checks covering beam performance, ignition, voltage, connections and run-time. Each version ships fully tested for reliable operation.

200W UHP lamp rated 2,500 to 3,500 hours

In normal mode the lamp delivers about 2,500 hours of use, while economy mode extends that to roughly 3,500 hours. Brightness will gradually decline as the hour count rises, so plan a replacement before critical presentations. The 200W rating also defines the heat and power the projector must accommodate.

Questions about this item

The lamp is rated for 2,500 hours in normal mode or 3,500 hours in economy mode before a new module is required.

What limits continuous operation first?

The 200W UHP bulb reaches its rated lifespan of 2,500 normal hours or 3,500 economy hours before brightness drops below usable levels.

How much heat and fan noise should I expect during all-day use?

A 200W UHP lamp generates significant heat, so the projector’s cooling fans will run continuously at speeds that produce noticeable airflow noise.
