128 GB DDR5 4800 Registered ECC RDIMM at CL40 and 1.1 V, validated for Supermicro H14DSG-O-CPU servers
Size 128GB
This 128GB DDR5 4800 RDIMM is built for the Supermicro H14DSG-O-CPU motherboard. Registered ECC architecture meets the board's population rules so every slot is recognised at full capacity. Server administrators who need validated, single-part-number compatibility for this platform can deploy without guessing. Builders using other Supermicro boards or non-RDIMM slots should verify their manual first.
The module runs at DDR5 4800 (PC5-38400) with CL40 latency at 1.1V. Registered buffering offloads the memory controller, allowing full-slot populations to operate at rated speed while ECC corrects single-bit errors on the fly. Workloads that exceed 128GB per DIMM or require lower latency than CL40 will need a different module specification.
The 288-pin Registered DIMM fits only motherboards wired for DDR5 RDIMMs with matching population rules. It frees the builder from mixing ranks or voltages because the part matches the H14DSG-O-CPU's validated configuration. Systems that accept only UDIMM, SODIMM or earlier DDR generations cannot use this module.

Other versions of this model
Yes, provided the existing modules are also DDR5 4800 Registered ECC RDIMMs with matching 1.1V voltage and CL40 timing; mixed speeds or ranks will force the system to run at the lowest common settings.
Check the BIOS memory information page or run a tool such as dmidecode; it should report 128GB, DDR5 4800, 2Rx4 Registered ECC, 1.1V and CAS latency 40.
The box contains the 128GB DDR5 4800 2Rx4 CL40 1.1V 288-pin ECC Registered RDIMM only; no heat spreader or additional accessories are included.
