It is built for ThinkMate GPX-QS4-12E2-4GPU and GPX-QT8-22E2-8GPU GPU-optimised servers that require registered DIMMs with error correction. The modules run at 1.2V with CL22 latency and use major OEM DRAM from Samsung, Micron or Hynix.

Verify registered DIMM support

Before ordering, confirm that your server motherboard accepts 288-pin DDR4 RDIMMs and supports ECC registered operation. The system must be one of the listed ThinkMate models or another platform qualified for PC4-25600 2Rx8 registered modules.
