A 576 GB kit of six 96 GB DDR5 4800 CL40 1.1 V ECC registered RDIMMs validated for the Supermicro H13SSF motherboard
Size 576GB 6X96GB
This six-module kit delivers 576GB of DDR5-4800 registered ECC memory in a 288-pin RDIMM form factor. Each 96GB module operates at 1.1V with CL40 timing and a 2Rx4 rank structure. It is built for the Supermicro H13SSF motherboard where full-capacity recognition and rated-speed operation depend on exact rank, voltage and timing alignment.
The DDR5-4800 interface provides a PC5-38400 data rate that the memory controller must sustain across all populated slots. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the controller so every slot can be filled, but the board's own population rules still dictate which slots may be used together and in what order. Exceeding the motherboard's qualified configuration will prevent the system from posting at the rated speed.
Six 96GB modules give 576GB total addressable space, enough for dense virtualisation, in-memory databases or large container fleets running simultaneously. ECC corrects single-bit errors on the fly to avoid silent data corruption during sustained compute. The practical ceiling is the motherboard's maximum supported capacity per slot and per channel; once that limit is reached no further modules can be added.

Other versions of this model
The 576GB kit provides six 96GB modules to fill every slot on the H13SSF. Choose it when the workload needs maximum RAM; otherwise select a smaller kit that matches the board's approved population order.
At DDR5 4800 the modules transfer data at the PC5-38400 rate with CL40 latency, giving the H13SSF its rated bandwidth and timing when all six slots are populated.
The H13SSF requires 288-pin registered DIMMs; UDIMM or SODIMM modules will not fit or function. The registered design lets all six slots run at full 96GB capacity.
