AX1800 USB 3.0 Wi-Fi 6 adapter

The Netgear Nighthawk A7500-100PAS adds Wi-Fi 6 to Windows 10 and 11 computers through a USB 3.0 port. It supports dual-band 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz operation with a flexible antenna for positioning. The adapter delivers up to 1.8 Gbps wireless speed under the IEEE 802.11ax standard.

Best for older laptops needing a quick wireless

Users with older notebooks or desktops lacking built-in Wi-Fi 6 will benefit from the simple plug-in installation. It is not suited for systems without a USB 3.0 port or for buyers who require internal PCIe installation. The adapter also cannot add Wi-Fi 6 to devices running operating systems other than Windows 10 or 11.

Check for a free USB 3.0 port and Windows version

Verify the computer has an available USB 3.0 Type-A socket and runs Windows 10 or 11 before ordering. Ensure the target router broadcasts on 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz bands for compatibility. No internal hardware changes or driver media are required beyond the included thumb drive.
