Professional Applicator for Sealants

The Newborn 420AL dispenses 20 oz sausage packs and 10 oz cartridges with a 12:1 thrust ratio. It is built for professionals and serious DIYers who need controlled flow on construction, industrial, or maintenance jobs. The grey frame handles low- to mid-viscosity caulks, sealants, and adhesives.

Steel Frame with Ergonomic Grip

A rigid steel carriage and trigger mechanism resist flex under load while the contoured handle reduces fatigue during extended runs. The quick-release end cap allows fast swaps between sausage and cartridge formats without tools. Ladder hook and puncture wire are integrated for site convenience.

Manual Force Limits Output Speed

Because the tool relies on hand pressure, bead consistency varies with user effort and material temperature. Very high-viscosity or cold compounds may exceed the practical dispensing capability. The fixed 12:1 ratio cannot be adjusted for specialised low-force or high-volume requirements.
