Direct-Fit Grease Pan for KitchenAid & Nexgrill

This grease pan assembly measures 14 x 16-1/2 in and carries part number 20003093A0. It is manufactured for Nexgrill and listed as a direct replacement for grill models 720-0864 and 720-0864M. The part also cross-references KitchenAid and KitchenAid Old model 720-0864.

Replaces a Warped or Rusted Original Tray

Swap out the factory pan when grease no longer drains cleanly, the metal has corroded, or the tray sits unevenly after repeated heat cycles. The upgrade is worth it whenever the original part prevents proper runoff or creates flare-up hot spots during cooking.

Verify Grill Model Number Before Ordering

Confirm the unit's rating plate reads exactly 720-0864 or 720-0864M; other Nexgrill or KitchenAid series use different pan dimensions. Check that the existing opening matches the 14 x 16-1/2 in footprint so the assembly seats without gaps.

Questions about this item

Will the 14 x 16-1/2 inch grease pan fit my 720-0864M grill?

Yes, the assembly is listed as a direct fit for the 720-0864M and 720-0864 models.

How do I install the grease pan assembly and what step is often missed?

Slide the pan into the grill's lower track until it seats fully; the step often missed is ensuring the front lip catches the retaining bracket so the pan cannot slide out during use.

How often should I replace the grease pan on my 720-0864 grill?

Replace the pan when the metal shows corrosion, cracks, or warping that prevents it from sitting flat in the track.
