Questions about this item

How do I install the NEXGRILL 127216000 grease pan assembly, and what step do people often miss?

Slide the pan into the grill's drip tray rails until it sits flat at the low point; the step most often missed is confirming the 14-1/4 width engages both side guides before pushing it fully home

What maintenance or replacement will the NEXGRILL 127216000 grease pan assembly need over time?

Empty grease after every cook and wash with hot soapy water; replace the pan if the 1-1/2 depth at the low point warps or cracks from repeated heat cycles

What limit appears first on the NEXGRILL 127216000 grease pan assembly during sustained high-heat use?

The 1-1/2 depth at the low point fills quickly during long sessions, so overflow risk is the first limit you hit before the 27-1/2 length or 14-1/4 width become factors
