Compact Gaming Audio

The NGS GSX-B1200 is a 12W detachable soundbar built for gamers who want flexible desktop audio. It switches between a single soundbar and a pair of 2.0 satellite speakers to match the available desk space. Bluetooth 5.0 and a 3.5 mm jack provide wireless and wired connections to PCs, laptops, phones and tablets. RGB lighting adds a gaming aesthetic that can be turned off when preferred.

Build Integration

The speaker draws power from a USB source so it needs no external power brick, freeing a wall outlet and reducing cable clutter. A single integrated knob controls volume, lighting and basic settings for quick access during play. Plug & Play operation means no driver installation is required on any supported platform. The detachable form factor lets you reclaim desk width by docking the halves under a monitor or spreading them for wider stereo separation.

Who It Suits

This system suits users who need a compact, multi-device speaker that toggles between soundbar and stereo layouts without extra software. Buyers who want more output power, a dedicated subwoofer or surround-channel support should look at larger speaker systems. Anyone requiring optical, HDMI or multi-point Bluetooth pairing will need a different product class. The fixed 3.5 mm and Bluetooth 5.0 interfaces cover the essentials for casual gaming and media use.

Questions about this item

Will the 12 W output stay clean during long gaming sessions?

The 12 W rating is the maximum output; sustained loud playback may introduce distortion as the amplifiers approach their limit.

Does the soundbar run hot or make fan noise when used all day?

The unit has no fan and relies on passive cooling; the enclosure may become warm to the touch after extended use.

What must I already have to power and connect the GSX-B1200?

A USB-A port for power and either a 3.5 mm audio jack or a Bluetooth 5.0 source for the audio signal.
