50 ft Cat6A patch cable

This 50 ft Cat6A UTP patch cable uses 24 AWG stranded pure copper conductors with RJ45 connectors on both ends. The orange CM-rated PVC jacket follows T568B wiring and includes molded strain-relief boots with snagless molds. Gold-plated contacts at 50 micron thickness resist corrosion. It is built for LAN connections between PCs, servers, printers, routers, switches and network media players.

Upgrade from Cat6 or Cat5e

The cable operates at a minimum frequency of 500 MHz and supports 10, 100, 1000 and 10000Base-T Ethernet up to 100 meters (328 feet). It is designed specifically for 10 Gigabit Ethernet over copper and delivers improved performance over standard Cat6 cables. Crosstalk suppression and better heat dissipation suit PoE applications. The jump is worth it when 10 Gigabit throughput or 550 MHz bandwidth headroom are required.

Fits standard RJ45 ports

Both ends terminate in RJ45 plugs compatible with universal LAN component ports. The booted, snagless design protects the latch during repeated insertions in tight patch panels or wall plates. Stranded conductors keep the cable flexible for routing around corners or through cable management trays. The 50 ft length covers typical desk-to-switch or patch-panel runs without excess slack.
