This is a Cat 7 shielded Ethernet patch cable built with four individually shielded twisted pairs inside an overall braided shield. It uses 26 AWG stranded pure copper conductors and RJ45 plugs with 50 micron gold plated contacts. The 12 ft length carries a CM type PVC jacket and is wired to the T568B standard.

Who it suits and who it does not

It suits installers who need a fully shielded SSTP link rated for 600 MHz transmission frequency over 100 meters and compliance with TIA/EIA standards verified by UL and ETL. It does not suit buyers who need an unshielded cable, a different length, or a category rated for higher bandwidth than Cat 7 provides.
