Cat 7 shielded patch cable for Gigabit Ethernet

This 50 ft Category 7 cable uses four individually shielded pairs inside an overall braided shield to deliver 600 MHz bandwidth. RJ45 connectors with 50 micron gold-plated contacts and molded strain-relief boots ensure a secure connection. The CM-rated PVC jacket meets UL and ETL verified TIA/EIA standards and is RoHS compliant. It is wired to the T568B standard for universal LAN connectivity.

Sustained 600 MHz performance over full length

The double-shielded 26AWG stranded pure copper construction maintains signal integrity across the entire 50 ft run at the rated 600 MHz. Individual foil shielding on each pair plus the outer braid suppresses crosstalk and system noise far beyond Category 6 levels. Gold-plated contacts resist oxidation so insertion loss stays low after repeated mating cycles. The booted connectors protect the latch tab during routing through tight pathways.

Not for runs beyond 100 meters

Installers needing longer links than the 100 meter Cat 7 specification allows should select a different cable category or active extender. The SSTP design requires shielded termination hardware; it will not perform to specification if terminated on unshielded keystones or patch panels. Buyers who need a smaller conductor gauge or a different jacket rating must choose another model.
