This 1 ft Cat8 Ethernet cable uses 24 AWG stranded copper conductors with individual foil and overall braid shielding. It terminates in gold-plated RJ45 connectors on both ends and carries a CM-rated PVC jacket suitable for indoor or outdoor runs. The grey cable supports 2 GHz bandwidth and up to 40 Gbps transfer rates for 25GBASE-T and 40GBASE-T links.

Shielding and connector upgrades
