Ultra-slim Cat6 for dense installs

This 28 AWG Cat6 patch cable is built for tight racks, patch panels and desktop runs where standard cables crowd neighbouring ports. Its narrow snagless boots release cleanly from dense switch rows without catching on adjacent clips. The three-foot length suits short rack-to-rack or device-to-wall links in home offices, labs or wiring closets.

550 MHz headroom for 10 GbE

Rated at 550 MHz, the cable carries 10-Gigabit Ethernet over its full length while staying backward compatible with Fast Ethernet and Gigabit links. Stranded bare-copper conductors keep attenuation low on short runs, but the thin 28 AWG gauge increases resistance on longer channels, so it is not intended for extended horizontal cabling beyond the specified length.

Gold contacts and pure copper

Gold-plated RJ45 pins on both ends resist oxidation and maintain low contact resistance through repeated mating cycles. The UTP construction uses solid bare copper rather than copper-clad aluminium, preserving signal integrity for PoE loads and high-speed data. No software, drivers or additional accessories are included or required.
