Low-Residue Flux Performance

The low-solids activator system leaves practically no residue after soldering, so electrical testing proceeds without interference. Each pen holds 10 ml of flux, providing enough volume for daily use and multiple rework sessions. The no-clean formulation removes oxidising wax without leaving conductive deposits. Residue-free results reduce post-solder cleaning time.

Pen-Tip Activation Limits

First use requires pressing the tip one to two times to release air and start flow. Extended downtime after wetting can make the tip stiff; removing and drying the tip restores function. The felt tip meters flux but cannot be refilled once the 10 ml supply is exhausted. Pens are single-use consumables rather than refillable dispensers.
