25FT Cat7 Shielded Flat Cable

This 25FT Cat7 Ethernet cable delivers data speeds up to 10Gbps and bandwidth of 600MHz for demanding network tasks. Shielded twisted-pair construction with gold-plated RJ45 connectors resists crosstalk and interference. The flat profile simplifies routing along walls, under carpets or around corners. It suits home offices, gaming setups and small business networks needing reliable wired links.

Thermals noise and power draw

As a passive copper cable it generates no heat, emits no noise and draws no power during operation. Performance depends only on the connected network equipment and the quality of the installation. No active cooling or external supply is required.

Cat7 10Gbps specification

The Cat7 rating with 600MHz bandwidth and 10Gbps throughput determines whether this cable meets your network speed requirement. Buyers needing higher frequencies or faster standards will not be served by this category. Compatibility covers any device with a standard RJ45 port.

Questions about this item

How do I route the flat 25FT cable along walls and under carpet without damaging it?

The flat design lets you run the cable along baseboards, follow edges and corners, and slide it under carpet; avoid sharp kinks and heavy pressure on the shielded twisted pairs.

Will the gold-plated RJ45 contacts or the shielding degrade over time?

Gold-plated pins resist oxidation and the STP construction maintains interference protection; no user-serviceable parts are inside, so the cable itself requires no periodic maintenance.

What limits sustained 10Gbps throughput on a 25FT run?

The cable is rated for 600MHz bandwidth and 10Gbps data speed; the practical limit is the connected equipment's port capability and the 25FT length staying within Cat7 specifications.
