Purpose and Audience

The North American Herb & Spice "ON AIR" LED sign is built for radio studios and podcast spaces that need a clear on-air indicator. Its blue illuminated face and antenna graphic deliver instant visual status for on-air talent and production crews.

Capacity and Headroom

Twenty white high-efficiency LEDs provide bright, even illumination across the 9 by 5.5 inch display area with 120-degree dispersion that removes hot spots and faded edges. The LEDs are rated for up to 50000 hours of service life, so the sign handles continuous daily broadcasting without frequent replacement.

Thermals Noise and Power

Low-heat LED operation keeps the steel and aluminium enclosure cool during extended sessions, while the flat black powder-coated finish resists wear. A 25-foot extension cable and included power supply simplify placement, and the solid-state design runs silently with no moving parts to generate noise.

Questions about this item

Will the 25 foot extension cable power supply reach an outlet behind my existing broadcast desk?

The included 25 foot extension cable power supply provides ample length to reach most outlets behind a typical broadcast desk without needing an extra extension cord.

How can I verify the 20 LED lights are functioning correctly after installation?

All 20 bright white high-efficiency LED lights should illuminate evenly across the 9 inch by 5.5 inch sign face with no center hot spots or faded edges thanks to 120 degree dispersion.

Does the package include the mounting hardware and flash module, or must I buy the flash module separately?

Mounting hardware and the 25 foot extension cable power supply are included; the additional flash module is sold separately.
