Tests IP cameras up to 6K and analog CVBS cameras with PoE 48V output on a 7 inch IPS touchscreen
The NShi CCTV Camera Tester combines a 1920 × 1200 IPS touchscreen with a 7000 mAh 7.4 V rechargeable battery. It tests IP cameras up to 6K resolution and standard CVBS analog cameras. The unit supplies PoE 48 V plus DC 5 V, 12 V and 24 V outputs to power cameras during installation. HDMI output at 1080P allows external monitoring.
The built-in 7000 mAh polymer lithium battery delivers six to ten hours of continuous testing on a single charge. No active cooling is mentioned, so the device runs silently in normal use. Power draw varies with the selected DC or PoE output used to supply the camera under test.
An IP discovery tool scans the network segment and can auto-adjust the tester IP address. RS485 receive, send and analyse functions support PTZ protocol analysis. H.265, H.264 and MPEG4 main stream decoding is included. The open Android platform permits installation of additional apps, while built-in browser and manual provide offline reference. Snapshot capture with eight-level image modification aids documentation. The unit does not test AHD, CVI, TVI or SDI cameras and lacks HDMI input.

Connect the camera to the RJ45 port and enable the 48V PoE output in the menu; the tester also supplies DC 5V, 12V and 24V for non-PoE models
The built-in 7000 mA 7.4 V polymer lithium pack runs for 6 to 10 hours per charge and is the only user-replaceable power component
Battery runtime drops to the lower end of the 6 to 10 hour range because PoE output and the 1920×1200 IPS display draw the most power
