Dual probe kitchen thermometer

The NShi digital thermometer uses two stainless-steel probes to monitor meat, liquids, oil or oven air up to 572 °F. A magnetic back and hanging hole let it cling to a grill hood or fridge so the cook can step away while the timer counts down. Readings appear on a 1.8 in backlit display that locks with the hold button.

Wired probes and magnetic mount

Each probe is 18 cm long and rated for continuous use inside ovens, smokers or air fryers. The base unit switches on by rotating the probe, and three bottom buttons handle temperature alarms, timer settings and Celsius/Fahrenheit selection. Strong magnets and a built-in hook keep the display visible without occupying counter space.
