NVIDIA Active Copper Cable 1600Gbps OSFP 2.5m IHS to IHS

SKU CH-6EQ5-1PPHJ

Active copper cable delivers 1600Gbps over 2.5m between OSFP IHS connectors

  • 1600 Gbps bandwidth supports high-performance interconnects
  • 5 m length fits standard rack-to-rack deployments
  • OSFP connectors mate directly with compatible transceivers
  • Active copper design maintains signal integrity over distance

1600Gbps Active Copper Cable

This NVIDIA active copper cable delivers 1600Gbps bandwidth between OSFP ports over a 2.5 metre run. It suits high-performance compute clusters and storage fabrics that need deterministic, low-latency links at scale.

OSFP IHS-to-IHS installation notes

The cable plugs directly into OSFP cages with integrated heat-spreader contacts, so no separate transceiver modules are required. Ensure the host ports supply the specified power envelope; insufficient power or mismatched lane configurations are the most common reasons a link fails to train.
