NVIDIA Passive Fiber Cable SMF MPO12 APC to 2xMPO12 APC 20m

SKU CH-F8Q7-3VAD3

Single-mode passive fiber cable splits one MPO12 APC connector into two MPO12 APC connectors across a 20 m run

  • 20 metre reach connects distant racks
  • Single-mode fibre carries signals over long distances
  • MPO12 APC connectors ensure low-loss alignment
  • Splits one trunk into two 12-fibre links

Passive 20 m SMF MPO12 APC cable

This passive single-mode fiber cable spans 20 metres and terminates in one MPO12 APC connector on one side and two MPO12 APC connectors on the other. It is built for NVIDIA interconnects that require a clean, low-loss path between rack-mounted equipment.

Duplex 12-fibre MPO12 APC links

The cable carries 12 fibres in each MPO12 APC interface, providing two independent 12-fibre channels from a single 20 m run. It suits installations that need a straight passive link without active electronics. Buyers who need longer reach, active signal conditioning or different connector polish types should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the 20m SMF cable with MPO12 APC connectors connect to my existing MPO12 APC patch panels?

Yes, both ends use MPO12 APC connectors so they mate directly with standard MPO12 APC patch panels and cassettes.

How can I confirm the 20m passive link is performing correctly after installation?

Use an optical power meter at the far end; the measured loss should fall within the expected budget for 20m of single-mode fibre with MPO12 APC connectors.
