Nyrius ARIES Pro+ NPCS650 Wireless HDMI Transmitter Receiver 1080p 165ft

Wireless 1080p HDMI extender

The Nyrius ARIES Pro+ NPCS650 sends 1080p video and digital audio from any HDMI source to a TV, projector or conference-room display without cables. It is built for laptop users, drone pilots and DSLR operators who need an invisible HDMI link up to 165 ft. Transmitter power comes from USB, so no extra wall adapter is required. The kit suits presenters, streamers and installers who want real-time uncompressed picture quality.

Transmitter and receiver connections

The transmitter provides one HDMI input and draws power over USB, making it compact enough for mobile cameras and laptops. The receiver offers one HDMI output for the display. Both units are black and weigh 2 lbs combined, allowing discreet placement on a desk, ceiling mount or camera rig. No software, drivers or Wi-Fi network are needed; the link establishes automatically when both ends are powered. Signal penetrates walls, floors and ceilings, though line-of-sight yields the full 165 ft range.

Limits of the wireless HDMI link

The system is capped at 1080p resolution, so 4K or higher-resolution sources cannot be transmitted at their native quality. Maximum reach is 165 ft under ideal line-of-sight conditions; obstacles will reduce usable distance. Only one transmitter-to-receiver pair operates per zone, preventing multi-source switching without additional kits. Buyers needing 4K throughput, longer range through heavy masonry, or simultaneous multiple streams should consider alternative wired or higher-spec wireless solutions.
