Questions about this item

How do I know the mop head is spinning and cleaning properly after I attach it to the base?

The microfiber head should snap onto the base securely and rotate freely inside the bucket wringer; after wringing, it will feel damp not soaked and glide across sealed hard floors picking up dirt without streaks.

What components come in the set and which parts must be purchased separately?

The combo set includes four microfiber refill heads, one plastic base and one telescopic handle; no additional parts are required to use it with a compatible EasyWring bucket.

Which handle length should I choose for my height?

The handle adjusts from 32 inches to 58 inches so short, tall and very tall users can all set a comfortable length without bending over.
