Questions about this item

Does the included hardware kit let me raise or lower the plate on my shoulder pads?

Yes, extra grommets on the plate allow you to adjust its height up or down for a comfortable position before tightening the supplied hardware.

What shoulder-pad sizes does the Adult One Size Fits All plate fit?

It is designed to fit most adult shoulder pads; the universal grommet pattern and included hardware accommodate standard adult pad spacing.

How do I attach the back plate to my shoulder pads, and what step is often missed?

Thread the supplied bolts through the shoulder-pad grommets and the plate’s extra grommets, set the desired height, then tighten securely — the step often missed is adjusting the height before final tightening.
