Natural unbleached parchment sheets

These precut parchment sheets measure 12 x 16 inch and come in a 300 count pack. Made from virgin wood pulp, they are unbleached and brown in colour. The rectangular sheets arrive flat and ready to use straight from the box. They suit home bakers and small catering operations that want a convenient, single-use liner.

Heat resistant to 450 F (232 C)

The paper is oven safe up to 450 F, which is 232 C, and carries a non-stick coating on both sides. This coating repels grease and moisture so food releases cleanly and pans stay cleaner. The sheets are also waterproof and tear resistant, preventing soggy bottoms on pastries or cookies. Normal baking use produces no smoke or odour.

Exact half sheet pan fit

Each sheet is precut to 12 x 16 inch, matching standard half sheet pans without curling or overhang. The pack contains 300 individual sheets, packed in a box measuring 43 x 31 x 3.2 centimetres. Buyers who need a different sheet size or a roll format will not be served by this product.

Questions about this item

How do I use the 12 x 16 inch precut sheets with a half‑sheet pan?

Place one sheet flat on the pan; the 12 by 16 inch dimensions match the pan so it lies flat without curling or overhang.

Will the non‑stick coating wear out and need replacing?

Each sheet is single‑use; the coating lasts for one bake, then you discard the sheet and take a fresh one from the 300‑count pack.

At what temperature does the paper start to degrade during a long bake?

The paper is rated heat resistant up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (232 degrees Celsius); sustained exposure above that limit will cause breakdown.
