Box of 20 ceramic cylindrical fuses rated 63A gG for 500/690V circuits
This box contains twenty cylindrical ceramic tube fuses rated at 63 A with a gG characteristic. They are designed for general-purpose circuit protection in industrial and commercial electrical installations. The 14 x 51 mm form factor fits standard fuse holders and disconnectors used in panel boards and motor control centres.
The fuses cross-reference to RT14-32, RT18-63 and RT19-40 gF3 types, allowing direct substitution in existing designs that specify those part numbers. The upgrade is worthwhile when a single 63 A rating covers multiple legacy references and simplifies stock holding. Buyers who need a different current rating or a smaller physical size should select another product.
Each fuse operates at 500/690 V AC with a breaking capacity of 100 kA at the lower voltage and 50 kA at the higher voltage. The ceramic body and gG curve provide reliable overcurrent protection for cables and equipment within these limits. Installations requiring higher breaking capacities or DC ratings fall outside the scope of this fuse.

The fuse measures 14 mm in diameter and 51 mm in length, matching standard cylindrical holders for that size.
Insert the fuse into the holder until the ceramic tube seats fully; the step often missed is verifying the holder's voltage rating covers 500/690 V before closing the circuit.
Replace a fuse after it has interrupted a fault current, or if the ceramic tube shows cracks or discolouration during routine inspection.
