What the M5 Smart Watch does and who it suits

The OEM Tools M5 Smart Watch tracks daily steps, distance, calories and continuous heart rate while also monitoring blood pressure and blood oxygen levels. It vibrates for incoming call and message alerts, analyses sleep stages and includes a sedentary reminder. A remote camera shutter works within 10 metres and the 0.96 inch colour screen remains readable in sunlight.

Compatibility and setup checks before ordering

Your phone must run Android 4.4 or iOS 9.0 or higher and you need to install the Fitpro app, which operates in English or Chinese. The band fastens with a standard replaceable strap and charging uses the supplied USB cable; no proprietary dock is required. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on the handset for call and message notifications to reach the watch.

Thermals noise and power in everyday use

The IP65 rating protects against dust and rain but the watch is not suitable for swimming or bathing. A full charge takes roughly 2 hours and delivers 3 to 5 days of active use or up to 7 days on standby. The device has no fan or moving parts so it runs silently and stays cool against the skin during continuous wear.
