Daily Activity and Health Tracking

The OEM Tools M5 Smart Watch in gray provides full-day activity tracking including steps, calories burned, mileage and heart rate. It also monitors blood pressure and blood oxygen levels. Sleep analysis records quality from the moment you fall asleep through deep sleep duration. Call and message reminders vibrate via Bluetooth connection. This wearable suits adults who want basic fitness and notification features on the wrist.

Bluetooth Range and System Limits

The watch pairs with phones running Android 4.4 or iOS 9.0 and higher using the Fitpro app. Remote camera control works within 10 meters of the paired device. IP65 rating means the unit resists dust and low-pressure water jets so you can wash hands or wear it in rain. It is not suitable for swimming, bathing, hot water or sea water exposure. The 0.96 inch colour screen uses a single touch button for navigation.

Battery Life and Charging Cycle

A full USB charge takes about 2 hours and delivers roughly 3 to 5 days of active use or up to 7 days on standby. The replaceable TPU band lets you refresh the strap without replacing the whole unit. Buyers who need continuous multi-day tracking without recharging or who require swim-proof water resistance should consider other devices. The package includes the watch, a USB charging cable and a user manual.
