625 Clear Inkjet Address Labels

This pack provides 625 clear labels arranged across 25 sheets of 25 labels each. They are designed for inkjet printers and suit home offices, small businesses and anyone mailing letters or parcels. The transparent material blends with envelopes for a clean look. Buyers who need laser-compatible or coloured labels will not be served by this product.

Thermals noise and power draw

As passive consumables the labels generate no heat, emit no noise and draw no power during printing. The smudge-resistant coating helps keep text sharp without extra drying time. There are no moving parts or electronics to consider. Users who require heated or powered label applicators should look elsewhere.

Free online templates

Office Depot supplies free templates online that match the 1 by 2-5/8 inch layout for quick alignment in common word processors. The templates remove the need for manual margin setup and reduce wasted sheets. No bundled software or physical media is included. Customers who prefer offline template files or proprietary design applications will not find them here.

Questions about this item

How do I load the clear 1"x2-5/8" sheets so they feed straight through my inkjet printer?

Fan the stack of 25 sheets before loading, set the paper type to labels or heavy paper, and print a test page on plain paper first to confirm alignment with the 25 labels per sheet layout.

Will the clear labels stay legible and stuck on parcels that get damp or rubbed in transit?

The smudge-resistant coating protects inkjet print from water and handling, while the permanent adhesive keeps each of the 625 labels bonded to cardboard or plastic mailers.

How many full mail-merge runs can I print before I run out of the 25 sheets?

Each box contains 25 sheets of 25 labels, giving 625 labels total — enough for 625 single-label prints or multiple smaller batches until the sheets are used.
