Ready-to-Use Patty Separators

These pre-cut parchment squares arrive in a 1000-sheet pack so commercial kitchens and home cooks can separate burger patties, cookies or cold cuts without tearing or folding each piece. The 5.5-inch format matches standard patty presses and stackable containers for quick portioning.

Unbleached Wood Pulp with Double Silicone Coating

Each sheet is made from pure wood pulp free of fluorescent agents and carries a non-stick silicone layer on both sides, allowing patties, cheese slices or candies to release cleanly. The coating also creates an oil-proof barrier that holds up in microwave and oven use.

Model 1031 — 1000 Sheets per Pack

The carton delivers exactly one thousand 5.5 by 5.5-inch squares, a quantity sized for high-volume prep without frequent reordering. Buyers who need a different sheet count or a larger format for oversized portions will need another product.
