Seamless COB Strip for Wet Locations

This five-metre COB LED strip emits a continuous green line without visible dots or hot spots. Chip-on-board density creates uniform output suited to reflective surfaces such as granite or tile. The silicone sleeve protects against splashes and sprays. It runs on 24 VDC for longer maximum runs.

Peel-and-Stick Mounting with Barrel Connector

Adhesive backing simplifies installation on clean, flat surfaces. The strip can be cut every 62.5 mm at marked segments. A 5.5 mm by 2.1 mm female barrel connector is fitted and a male pigtail adaptor with 22 AWG leads is included. Cutting outside the designated points will break the circuit.

24 VDC Limits and Indoor Rating

Maximum continuous run is 16.4 ft on a single 24 VDC supply; longer lengths need additional power injection. The IP20 version is rated for indoor use only and is not protected against water ingress. The 180° beam angle and 0-100 % dimming range suit accent and cove lighting within those constraints.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the 24 VDC COB strip is producing an even green line with no visible dots after installation?

Power the 5 m reel at 24 VDC and confirm the 180° beam shows a continuous green line without hot spots; the COB density and silicone sleeve eliminate visible dots on reflective surfaces.

What components arrive in the box and which power or control items must be purchased separately?

The reel includes peel-and-stick adhesive backing, a 5.5 mm × 2.1 mm female barrel connector and a male pigtail adaptor with 22 AWG leads; a 24 VDC power supply and any dimmer or controller are not included.

Should I choose the IP20 indoor version or the IP65 wet-location version for a kitchen countertop?

Select the IP65 rated reel — its silicone sleeve withstands splashes and sprays, while the IP20 variant is intended for dry indoor use only.
