Extends 4K 60 Hz HDMI up to 230 feet over CAT6/7 cable with USB 1.1 keyboard and mouse control, HDMI loop-out and 3.5 mm audio extraction
This HDMI 2.0b extender sends 4K video at 60 Hz up to 230 feet over a single CAT6 or CAT7 cable. It carries USB 1.1 keyboard and mouse signals plus stereo audio, and provides an HDMI loop-out on the transmitter for a local display. The kit is aimed at installers who need lossless video and remote control in classrooms, conference rooms or digital-signage runs. Power is delivered over the same cable, so no extra outlet is required at the receiver.
The link maintains 4K at 60 Hz continuously without frame drops or added lag, supporting HDR, HDR10, HDR10+ and Dolby Vision metadata pass-through. Audio formats up to LPCM 7.1 and DTS-HD travel alongside the video stream. EDID copy ensures the source keeps the correct timing during long sessions, and HDCP 2.2 compliance is preserved across the full 70 metre distance.
Verify you have solid-core CAT6 or CAT7 patch cables rated for the full 70 metre run; stranded or CCA cables may not sustain the bandwidth. Only USB 1.1 keyboards and mice are supported — higher-speed peripherals such as webcams, storage drives or audio interfaces will not operate. Confirm the source and display both accept HDMI 2.0b with HDCP 2.2, and that a 3.5 mm analogue audio connection suits your sound system.

The units are compact passive extenders with no fans, so they run silently and produce minimal heat during all-day operation.
You need a CAT6 or CAT7 LAN cable up to 230 feet, an HDMI source, and at least one HDMI display; the transmitter also provides a loop-out for a second local screen.
Yes, the extender passes EDID and supports 1080p at 24, 25, 30, 50 and 60 Hz, so legacy displays sync automatically.
