4-Port HDMI 2.0 Switch for 4K 60 Hz Displays

This Orico switch adds four HDMI 2.0 inputs to a single display output, supporting 4K resolution at 60 Hz with 18 Gbps bandwidth. It handles HDCP 2.2 and 8, 10 or 12-bit deep colour for compatible sources. The unit includes an IR remote and a manual button for input selection, plus a power cable for stable operation. No drivers are required for basic plug-and-play use.

Suits Multi-Source Set-Ups Needing One Display

Home-theatre owners with a console, streamer and Blu-ray player connected to one TV will benefit from the four-input design. PC users switching between a work laptop and a gaming rig on a single monitor also fit this scenario. Buyers who need to send one source to multiple screens should look elsewhere, as this device only switches multiple inputs to one output. Anyone requiring bandwidth above 18 Gbps for higher refresh rates or resolutions cannot use this switch.

18 Gbps Bandwidth Defines the 4K 60 Hz Limit

The 18 Gbps throughput is the single specification that determines whether a source and display combination will work without signal degradation. It carries 4K at 60 Hz with full chroma sampling and deep colour up to 12-bit. Sources or displays that demand more bandwidth for their chosen mode will not pass a valid signal through this switch.

Questions about this item

Does the Orico 4-port HDMI 2.0 switch run hot or draw much power when left on all day?

The unit is powered by the included cable and has no fan, so it stays cool and silent during continuous use.

What cables or devices must I already own to use this switch with my 4K display?

You need up to four source devices with HDMI outputs and a display with an HDMI 2.0 input; all HDMI cables are sold separately.

Will my older 1080p Blu-ray player and 4K game console work together through this switch without signal issues?

Yes, the switch handles 1080p and 4K 60 Hz sources simultaneously, supports HDCP 2.2, 18 Gbps bandwidth and 8/10/12-bit deep colour for each port.
