Magnetic attachment and charging

The Orico K10 is a 1TB portable SSD with a built-in magnetic ring that secures it to compatible smartphones. It adds a PD 100W charging port so the host device can be powered while the drive is in use. The aluminum alloy shell provides dust and drop resistance for everyday carry.

4K ProRes HDR recording and broad compatibility

The drive supports direct 4K ProRes HDR video capture on iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max models. Plug-and-play operation works with iPhone 15 and 16 series, Android phones, laptops and tablets, giving photographers and videographers instant extra space without driver installation.

USB 3.2 10Gbps interface limit

The connection uses USB 3.2 at up to 10Gbps, delivering sequential speeds around 1000MB/s. That bandwidth caps sustained transfer rates for large media offloads. Users needing higher throughput would require a faster interface not provided by this enclosure.

Questions about this item

Will the magnetic ring or attachment need replacing over time?

The magnetic ring is included for secure phone attachment; the aluminum alloy shell is dust and drop-resistant, so no scheduled replacement is required.

What limits continuous 4K ProRes HDR recording on iPhone 16 Pro?

Sustained write speed reaches 1000MB/s over USB 3.2, which is the ceiling for long takes before the drive or phone pauses.

Does the PD 100W charging port make the drive hot during all-day use?

The aluminum alloy body dissipates heat from the 100W pass-through charging and 10Gbps data traffic, keeping surface temperature manageable during extended sessions.
