8" Outdoor Patio Speaker Pair

The OSD Audio AP850 is a pair of surface-mount outdoor speakers built for patios, decks and pool areas. Each unit uses an 8-inch woofer and a single tweeter behind a rust-resistant aluminium grille. The weather-resistant ABS polymer cabinet is sealed with silicone to handle temperature swings from 20°F to 200°F and carries an IP54 rating.

Buyers wanting flexible aiming

The included U-brackets allow 180-degree rotation and 60-degree tilt in either vertical or horizontal orientation, so sound can be directed precisely across large open spaces. Installers who need in-ground stakes, built-in amplification or wireless streaming should look elsewhere because the AP850 is a passive, wired speaker pair.

200 W peak power handling

The speakers are rated for 200 watts peak input, which determines the amplifier size required to drive them cleanly at high output levels. Match your amplifier or receiver to this figure to avoid distortion or damage during extended outdoor use.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the speakers are performing correctly after installation?

Play audio and verify balanced output from both 8-inch woofers and tweeters across low and mid-range frequencies, and check that each bracket holds its 180-degree rotation and 60-degree tilt without slipping.

What does the package include and what must I purchase separately?

The pair ships with two speakers, rust-resistant aluminum grilles, and U-brackets for vertical or horizontal mounting; you must buy outdoor-rated speaker wire separately.

Which colour option should I select for my patio?

Choose white to match lighter exteriors or black for darker trim; both versions share the same 850 model specifications, IP54 rating, and 20F to 200F temperature tolerance.
